Where is full stigma?

The players were told that stigma system would be cycled season to season. This season should be full stigma as you, the administration, stated at the start of Season 5.

Here we are, Season 6, and the stigma system is still here.

Why do you lie to your players? Does it bring you joy?

They announced late that there will be no change to the stigma system due to the imbalance it creates. "Announced late" is the understatement of the year. Let me remind you that there was 500+ people online during full stigma.... There will always be imbalance thanks to NCsoft's decisions with the game. I'm concerned about the population. We can see through the data, majority enjoyed full stigma. Just cycle it season to season like they said they would. This last 2 months I've only encountered the same 15 people in PvP every day, that's a problem.

We don't lie to our players. Plans sometimes change due to technical considerations, and while this decision was finalized late, we understand the frustration caused by the delay in announcing it. Saying that we lie to our players is a bit much and isn't acceptable.
Yes, this season was supposed to be full stigma, but for various reasons we decided to keep things as they are for now. That doesn't mean it will stay this way permanently.
Next season will move to full stigma, with possible class adjustments aimed at improving balance under the full stigma system.

I suggest a POLL with voting to choose which direction to take on the server, instead of waiting for the next season to go full stigmas again. There are many frustrated players with this, and the players' opinion is TOTALLY RELEVANT to this matter.
So I believe that the best course of action for the GMs would be this: if you truly care about the players on the server, everyone's opinion is important.

 

We are currently looking into an option that would be fair to both sides, those who prefer full stigma and those who prefer the current system. Once we are confident that it is technically possible, we will update you on the available options and hold a proper vote to see what the majority prefers.

You may not have supported the change, but whether you like it or not, there are still those who prefer the existing classic stigma system. Yes, it does prevent a significant imbalance, and of course there are also classes that benefit more than others.

Out of 100 people, 80 prefer full corruption, and 20 prefer the classic, which has caused the server to drop from over 700 people to just over 200.

 

Then why not make 2 servers (siel and lumiel) just like before? Although the overall population will be divided but it will satisfy both types of players at the same time.

i love the stigma system,. makes you focus on one certain build and you master it,,. and if you got other gear you will experiment again with another set of stigma skills and how you use it in PVP. Im with you on this one.
