Remove the Race Buff functionality or make it work correctly

There is 38 elyos in Heiron vs 23 asmos for 30 minutes and no race buff.

But earlier it was 14 asmo vs 11 elyos and elyos get race buff.

It's poorly coded, doesn't work. Please remove completely or fix it.

 

I don't understand the purpose of this buff, it encourages people to log in with alts specifically to obtain the buff for their race. The best solution would be to remove it.

 

I hope they decide to remove the buff at some point, with the number of people using alts and adding those who stay AFK on the PvP map, I think it's not working as it's supposed to.
