Experiencing Errors on Login-in, and while Downloading the Patch.

Can someone tell what to do if i cant login, when i click "check" to Download the file it froze on 96%. And it says that connection error but i did use 2wifi connection and still doesnt work. I already restart the Laptop that i use and disconnect/connect the wifi and the same issue. Someone tell me that i should redownload /install the game so i did deleted the files, when i wa strying to open the Website, i cant access on the website "GamezAion.com or gamezaion.com". Is there a problem on the new Patch? Some of the players asking for help and the GM's wont reply either on this Forums or Discord. What should we do?

 

If you're in the Philippines, and so happen to have a PLDT as your internet service provider, we cannot access through the website and it also affects our launcher, hence why we cannot update or download. The management is currently looking for a solution as we find a fix for this problem.

However, I found myself a temporary workaround with the problem that I have. I used mobile data with a different internet provider (DITO Telecommunications, in my part) - and used it to update my launcher and also access the website. I can also freely access the website with Starlink.

Please try these suggestions and inform us if one of these worked.

 

I did it also, i use TNT(smart telecom) and still the same, i use other net provided like P2P and still the same.

 

TNT/Smart is under the PLDT Telecommunications.
