Client Issue server disconnect issue

I keep getting disconnected from the server as soon as I enter the game, I can see the land scape and the chat box for a brief moment before having a server disconnect message, fallowed by the game closing. This has not happened until I logged out it Akaron. I tried using the Unsticking option under my character on the website already, I also tried verifying the files from the launcher, and it did not help. My characters name is Andragora.

 

I am getting a message that my account was reported for not paying an internet cafe usage fee. I dont use internet cafe's, I use my own personal computer at home in the USA. I have never used any cafe's ever for any game.

 

I tried this, and there has been no change, my character seems to be locked. I tried unsticking my character again, and it still didn't help. I'm not using a vpn and I cant find any options with exitlag. The same message stating that my account was reported for not paying an internet usage fee is still showing in the chat window before the disconnect happens. I don't know if I upset anyone, since returning to the game after some time since version 4.5, I have only said hi to two people that I used to party with over a year ago. I hope that this isn't a revenge thing by someone. I pay my own internet service bill from xfinity.

 

I now understand that this is probably a bug, my apologies. The issues still persist. I tried resetting my router, re-installing the game, and hard booting my pc. I made a new character on the same account and this worked fine, I can play it. could you please try moving my character Andragora to Sanctum instead of where it is in Akaron? I'm curious to see if this helps. Thank you

 

I had some help resetting my character. the first time I logged in, it did not disconnect but my character didn't load and I couldn't log out (I had to CTRL-Alt-Del). the second time I logged in, the character loaded and I could move, and then I teleported to Sanctum and got disconnected immediately but I was able to click on reconnect and log back in and walk a little be for getting DC'd again. their seems to be an issue still, but for now at least I can log in . I ended up deleting the launcher and downloading a new one from gamez. I will try teleporting to different areas and see what happens. I hope this bug works itself out, now that I can move around.
