    i am experiencing this error after i click the ActiveLauncher.

    Thanks. The first thing you need to do is restart your PC and router, the error basically tells you that you can't connect to the server.
    Once you're done, open the launcher as an Administrator.

    Update me if there's a different result in this thread.
