Bug Description:

My game won't work when I try to log in; everything freezes and it won't let me log in, even though the login and password are correct. It was working fine earlier in the morning.​

yeah.... i also have tis problem until they havent reply me how to fix tis problem.

 

If you happen to use Exitlag, and connects to any server in Canada (Beauharnois, Toronto, Montreal), try using another location. I'm using Chicago, and it works perfectly for me.

 

Is there an issue with the log in or it's just me
I was logged in fine then I got disconnected that's fine, however when I try to log back in I arrive to the User Agreement page I can't click on Accept or anything

any help would be really appreciated

 

Turns out the issue was caused by using Full Screen mode. After switching back to Windowed mode, everything started working correctly
