Jumping Game - The New META

Throwback to the time when I was asmo governor and we would still keep contesting even when my player turnout on the faction was around 50 asmodians.
This was the time when you introduce a new end gear (Honourable Medal)
Couldn't even win a single siege in inggi/gelk because this Elyos league could just divide their alliance and just switch to get both contributions while not giving us a chance. We just kept recruiting. The server would even shutdown because Elyos would flood pvp map farming HM and the pvp map is not supposed to hold a lot of people. We had no chance, but we still CONTESTED.
When you guys implemented a population limit on pvp map (100 per faction), we started to contest immediately cause we know it could give us a chance at something. No winning, yet no complains. Just slowly and slowly building up the player turnout day by day until we started to finally give elyos a 100 vs 100 and finally winning something.

Now you implement this thing. 4 pvp bosses after and we see no elyos contest. I think we know this falls under player participation anymore. It would be more reasonable to ask some asmo to transfer to elyos like the last time.

The way you're limiting things to babysit people that only comes when they know they are winning is absurd. I meant no disrespect to the elyos people who kept trying (cqntdispell, kaize, etc). You made kroban so exclusive that it forced people to play a winning faction.

Do you even know how I got the asmo faction with high turnout rate in every pvp boss right now? Because I kept organizing that for 2 months, slow built-up, even though when the reward was just 5 Dream Medals. Atleast we could help non-pvp people get a chance to farm dream medal. I even know some elyos players who logs their asmo to join that pvp boss to farm DM on their asmo char.

Would even be more reasonable if you implement a 50 player limit per faction. Now you just want asmo to do a jumping game, too. Maybe this is a new meta. PvP bosses give players some activity to look forward too. Now its scheduled to be a pissed off "waiting for elyos to join or waiting for some asmo to get sendlogged" time. Good luck to this game. Maybe its time for us to keep farming gamezcoins, too.

 

I've been playing on this server for a year now. I no longer participate in PvP map boss fights because even if I take down the boss, I still can't roll the highest score, and the new accessories end up belonging to someone else. Why should I help others for nothing? I've suggested to the admins a few times that all participating players should get an accessory box, and the race that participates and defeats the boss should get an extra accessory box, with a very small chance of containing new accessories. This way, everyone's motivation would increase.

It's so frustrating .spamming .pvp join and get kicked out of the map for 2hrs long

 

I don't usually comment on these things, but the administrators' decision to limit access to the PvP map is so frustrating. At least for me, it's impossible to even enter and take on a simple PvP boss. Sometimes I want to go in and do PvP, and I can't even do that. What am I supposed to do, Duels? Why is PvP practically dead on all maps except the main PvP map? Nobody goes to Akaron to do anything.
The Kroban ACCs are incredibly frustrating. I hate PvE; it's the most boring thing in existence for me. So why do I have to do it if I want to get those ACCs? And even if I do, there's a chance the boss won't drop them.
Anyway, I hope better decisions are made at some point, allowing players to at least participate in events instead of resorting to this alternative that limits everything.
