    The NPC Garkbinerk on Black Cloud Island is not releasing the quest; a screenshot showing the error is attached... (load fail! - quest_Q1949.html - (tmlPageld 1012) - (Questid 1949))​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Just talk to the NPC - Garkbinerk - and ask for the quest <Winning Vindachinerk’s Favor>​
