[PSA] DON'T TRY TO ENCHANT BEYOND +20 FOR NOW

    Dear fellow players,

    This is to inform you to not try to enchant beyond +20 for now, as the enchantment rates have been severely nerfed as of late.
    Even getting to +20 requires an average of about 200APES from +15 to +20 alone right now for a full set of armor (5 pieces = 40 APES on average per piece)
    Another player reported 17.5k APES + 4K Evos without getting past +25.

    This means that right now, the cumulative probability of going to +26 alone is lower than 1:17500 (or about 0.0057%).
    To put this into perspective for all of you NERDS, finding a full-odds shiny pokemon in a mainline pokemon game is about 1:8192 (about 0.012%)

    And while this deliberate, conscious decision by the administration may elude our understanding and leave us frustrated, please still be respectful and don't flame them for this.
    Please don't waste your APES, play responsibly and take care of your mental health.

    I appreciate your concern for our players, but I can assure you with 100% certainty that the rates have not in any way been changed from their previous values. We do not touch enchanting rates, as we believe it would be unfair to the players working hard to get their gear fully enchanted. They have always been the same, and enchanting is meant to be challenging as well as a somewhat luck based endeavour due to the RNG nature of the system.
    Comparing what one player or another uses to reach a certain enchantment level on such a small scale will not yield accurate results for averages, and while some players may encounter issues reaching their desired enchantment level, others may reach it with far fewer enchantment stones than expected. This is the very nature of the RNG based enchanting system that Aion utilizes- one player may reach +20 with 0 fails on the item, while another may struggle and end up spending many more enchantment stones than they hoped.
    On that note, a reminder to our players; enchanting equipment anywhere beyond +20 is certainly going to be challenging. Succeeding in enchanting 5x in a row is already an impressive lucky streak, but for +25 you would need to hit 10 successes without a single fail, and +30 of course is even more at 15. Beyond a few very lucky instances, these numbers will be difficult to reach and can end up costing many, many enchantment stones before they are achieved. So, while we have never changed enchanting rates, players may see drastically different results depending on the whims of Lady Luck.

    I really feel like I've been secretly reduced these days. I used to be able to easily+20+25, but now even+18 fails. I've spent at least 2K Apes these days, still+15. I wanted to become stronger, but it made me more fragile

    With such a small number of players now, you don't think of any way to increase the number of players. These days, I wanted to equip my weapons with+25+30, prepared a lot of APEs and courage, but ended up failing to equip my entire body to+15. This makes me feel very frustrated, and you don't have any activities to attract players.

    I don't agree with this cause my friend got ups up to +30 of his armor while ago. It's not even the nerfed you said, It's about lack and dedication to ups some weapon or armor.
