Lost estate and studio

Good afternoon! I believe the easiest way to regain access to everything would be to go to the real estate agent in your faction's housing map and purchase a new home from there, if the studio quest is no longer available to you. You may also need to purchase new cabinets, as they have expiration dates. You should be able to buy every type of cabinet from the furniture merchants found in the housing map and your faction's main town. Keep in mind even special cabinets have shared storage with some of the ones that can be purchased in game, it's just a matter of matching the type of cabinet (simple, fancy etc.). I hope this helps!
