Specific Character Problem

Hello.

I have this problem for almost 7 months now.
When I played here last year of the same month, I have no problems on connecting to any VPN servers (Exitlag/Semlag/etc. - even without using it). But now, whenever I use my character, Celestra, I have this problem that I cannot connect on any server except Beauharnois. I change/select another server, hoping it would connect but it won't let me through. It would either have a notice of "Internet Cafe usage fee" - which I am not playing anymore.. or just force close my client.

Servers I tried to enter using VPN:
- Toronto
- Montreal
- Atlanta
- Chicago
- New York
- Seattle
and any other US servers.

I'm really hoping that the admins could have a fix for this because it's getting annoying over time. I don't have problems connecting in those servers I chose using a different character in my account, except my main.
