Wrong Item Sent in Mail (Weekly Special Webshop Items)​

Bug Description:

I Chose [Hair Change Ticket] Hairstyle no.87 (Elyos), but in the mail i Got the [Hair Change Ticket] Hairstyle no.91 (Asmodian), I checked my Purchase History but the Weekly Purchases doesn't audited or registered as a purchase. Which Shouldn't a Possible Purchase cause my Account is Elyos and never undergo a Faction Change. *Take Note [Hair Change Ticket] Hairstyle no.91 (Asmodian) isn't even on Weekly Sale.​
