GM pls help my acc just got hacked T_T

i post this immediately after i checked my character and saw things are gone from all of my elyos characters.

i still play until this morning 3 AM GMT+8 and managed to take SS of my chars, idk, i just feel like i wanted to. then 17hours later when i opened my acc, all of the items i worked hard for my chars is gone, including the kinah as well. (that person didn't touch my ELYOS cleric and my ASMO chars, idk why)

the most hurtful, ofc from my ranger since i already have her on full EAT +15 set with tribunus accessories and +15 ABG bow. but the person who hacked my account also took stuffs from my alts's, which are not too valuable compared to my ranger's.

if you can check the trade log, it would be awesome.
can you please help me?

Supply them with the 'Chat' log which can be found in your Aion folder.
That will show everything that went on while you wasnt online.

its only telling the chat logs in my pc.. doesnt tell the things happened when im not online.

 

While your alleged situation is certainly a regrettable one unfortunately there are not sufficient server logs to prove or disprove your story.

As for your screenshots they can, unfortunately, be faked far too easily to be used as evidence. Not to mention their timing is too convenient for my tastes.

We at Gamez, and by we I mean me, don't believe in random "hackers" coming along and not only managing to hack your computer but going for your login details on some random private server for some random game.

What account "hacking" generally boils down to is either scammers or people giving their account information away to "trusted friends" and family. The responsibility for your account credentials lies solely with you, if you are unable to maintain their security then we cannot assist you.

Unfortunately regardless if you got "hacked" or are trying to scam us we cannot refund your items either way.
