I lost my credits

I spent some credits on a item a I never got them and it show no history of spending them on web page.Also my credits are gone plz hlp!

yes it was last night and i sent email no RE i checked it today still no item or credits

the only thing i could think of is that i sent it to the other server but u have to have a character to send it to on it but i dont

yes i was off line on gamez aion then i loged in i check i know how it works when u spend credits ,iv used them b4 ty for your concern
