Donation problem

I donated about 20 euros yesterday to gamezaion,but received no credits,don't know what is that supposed to mean. Can any GM here help me? I was told to find Carl,but don't know how to find him. He's probably offline all the time. :annoyed:

u need to email them at admin@gamezaion.com and tell them u didn't get ur credits. u also need to add proofs that u donated as well as your game account info.

u need to add receipt and ur game account/username info. wtf else do u think? i thought that was simple enough.

Did u use paypal or western union?

 

If you used paypal, there should be a receipt that came with the purchase of the credits. Account info = account name, don't need the server and character since you never even got the credits.

 

Ok,simple enough. But I used DaoPay and there was nothing like a receipt.

 

i think they they can check with the order #. hopefully u wrote it down.

 

I suggested the quickest fix available, which is to refund. I let the person know about a guide which informs people HOW to refund. How is that retarded? Please inform me how you worked that out, genius...
