Ban appeal

I'm making this thread to appeal the ban on
Character name: Alot
Account name: Chad

i have an account which has been banned on the server Siel- player Alot. The message i receive when trying to log in is: you cannot access the game through this ip (22)". I asked 3 GM about this and the answers were:
- i was banned for flying in a restricted area;
- i was banned for DUPING;
-2 users on the same IP ( i have 2 computers and i am playing with my wife)

There is no GM to tell me where i can see that i am banned? I need to see the proof of this hacking i've been told about.
I want to know who banned me in order to clarify this problem.

Additional info: Items that dont stack properly (the multiple stacks of godestones, tombstones of ressurrection, etc) are duped, the game has a hard time stacking duped items.

hitkill , i understand what u're saying but i have 2 weapons bought from the site with credits: mastarius spear and ABG spear and i don't know how to equip them. Now i want to buy an ABG set and i have to equip them that's why i bought all that gs.
