Upgrading crafts

    I just got my weaponsmithing and essencetapping to lvl99 who do i talk to to upgrade it so i can continue

    Just goto the artisans hall and talk to the expert npc of the craft you want to level(the guy who gave you work orders), and click on "Learn Weaponsmithing"

    Same way, just in the artisans hall look for the Essencetapping area, talk to it's expert to level your gathering ^^
