MISSING ABG's!!! Again

Now the ABG Leather Pauldrons and Khruds Silence are missing.
The ones I purchased today.
I just bought me a new pair of boots. Dont tell me thatl disappear as well.

I now fear that all which I personally bought with credits are one by one going to disappear.

Character used for purchase is "Lightning"

New rules for myself.
1. Stop your plan of Collecting ALL ABG's on both servers.
2. Stop Donating.
3. Start considering other options and servers wherein your money would be worth.
4. Keep in mind, that for admin returned items, there is no log. if they disappear, just get out of your house, smoke, drink, and do RULE NUMBER 3.

 

Might want to consider not making donation/credit purchases for a while, until this issue is sorted out. =\

I'm passing this onto Carl, I don't know what it is about your character that's doing this but while the occasional rumor of missing items comes along we've never had someone lose upwards of 10-15+ donation items.

I don't know what it is about your characters on Lumiel that are triggering this but it's just gotten to the point of being ridiculous now.

 

As mentioned earlier to Alente.
For some reason, the ABG Pants is not in my purchase log for some reason. I also askd if it si visible on admins end. If they say I never bought the pants. Thats the last straw.

I recommend though if thats the case, that we do a bit of math.

i had 31k credits or so this morning.
Bought the FF:
ABG Leather Pants
ABG leather Jerkin
ABG leather shoes
ABG leather Pauldrons
ABG leather gloves
ABG Bow
Khruds Silence
Fenris Fang Title

Thats 15k used 16k left

Got 2k creds returned.

thats 18k remaining.

Had to buy another pair of shoes since it magically transferred to another player, I did not complain.

thats 16k Remaining.
So if I did not buy pants, I should have 18k left.

I only have 16k as of this moment,

Hoping Alente's items will not. I cant get them back.

Prating Siel will not be affected. ALL ABGS have been purchased by me there.

Hi Yea I am also Missing a bunch of ABG stuff that i ordered yesterday AM. I was talking with GM's in game and they told me i needed to post ss proof and all this stuff. I just read lams previous thread which alente helped him get his stuff back. Was hoping you could help me too alente. Also tried sending you a pm last night hope ypu got it.

yea well didnt read this thread fully before i made my other post but 2 things 1st Alente i think its a problem with the server as I am also missing a bunch of items. Its not 10-15 but missing 6 items or so on one character. So if he is missing multiple items on myltiple toons i can see how it could get upwards of 10-15 items pretty easily. Secondly yea i also agree he shoulda learned to slow down. Recommend you guys take a good look at your coding for lumiel as it does not appear to be very stable. Ie the other day i had to log out of my ranger because my boots were magically where my helmet was supposed to be. so yea

 

We've taken steps to replicate the issue and may have found the cause.

Carl's out right now but when he gets home in a couple hours it's going to be looked into at greater detail.

Thanks for your patience, I would advise members of Lumiel avoid spending credits on items for the rest of the day. Fixing this is our top priority right now.
