Problem Wih donation Items

    OK so donated some money to the server and got the credits. Used the credits for some armor and weap and jewelry set. Got it all. Then logged out for a while. Log back in and i'm missing a bunch of stuff. Hopefully this post reaches Alente,Autumn er the other guyyyy. Cuz i need your help please.
