Ban Appeal

i'm sorry about the first post i forgot to put the IGN of the toons on the account

IGN's on banned account:

Letsirk - Elyos Gladiator
Rashanta - Elyos Sorc
Hitlist - Elyos Ranger
and a low level chanter that i forgot the name

i've already explained my side of the story.. 1 of the toon was caught using third party program and unfortunately i was not the one using that toon.. you can actually check all the logs on the account.. the only mistake that was made was i shared the account w/ my brother who was the one using the account when it got banned.. i currently have a new seperate account.. i can actually provide you the account info for log verification that i never used a third party program.. hoping for a clarification regarding my appeal.. tnx and a pleasant day to all :smile:

 

An account proven to have been using a hack remains banned. We don't care much about who plays it. You are responsible for the security of your own account. Appeal denied.
