    Well Since gms ignore my private messages in the game, I put this issue to see if anyone can help me!

    My problem is this very simple, buy an item abg with my account and never came to my character, at that time there was a huge lag on the server if it was not because of it ...

    post some proofs that you bought the abg :O? take a SS of your history from the webshop showing that you bought it and admins should look into the problem ; )\
