Can't vote

When I try to vote it says "character invalid", and I tried it about 10 times, nothing. However I only made this acc today so if it's related to account age, could someone tell me when i'll be able to vote for rewards?

 

Are you putting yoru account name, or your in-game name?

Have you tried logging out? And then trying?

Ohhh. Are you a lumiel player? If so, you have to vote with your siel characrer in order to get the credits/kinah.

Lumiel's just the newer server. It's growing, but they still have bugs to fix.

 

ohh ok thanks. im on the high rate-lumiel, so does that mean i should make a char on siel? (im not getting kinah and credits so this may be a different bug)

 

Maybe you should just make a character on siel to vote with for vote points. See if it works.
