IP Ban?

Hi, well...Alente said my IP isn't banned, but I still get the message "Cannot access the game through this IP(22)"

If my IP isn't banned, then wtf?

you get this message if:
1. your IP is banned.
2. your account is banned.
3. Both are banned.

Are you sure u reported correct IP to Alente?
use http/ping.eu to check your external IP.

 

Yes, I gave Alente the correct IP, I created a BRAND NEW account, it and STILL wont let me connect....

 

give me your account and char name to check.

i cheks a lot of ban logs but i dont find any error with you accounts.

mayb that internet shop ip got ban..

The post before yours specifies that I'm playing on my home computer...we dont have cafe's around here..

If your account name is Jugg*** (censored for privacy)
then you were banned for advertisement spam, if your not, then, the forums lie about your ip

Whats your connection type?

Some small scale ISPs use proxy/VPN servers to masquerade internal IPs of customers with single external IP (same system as Internet Cafe). If thats the case then someone else on your network got banned and it affected you as you have same IP. Solution: contact your ISP and ask to provide you personal external IP (may apply some additional fees) or change your internet service provider.

 

My connection type is Cable..I had one account banned, but Alente told me he would unban my IP so I could create another account and play again, he then responded to a PM and said my IP wasn't banned, but I still cannot connect to game server.

^sorry but your ip's cafe is banned due to one or more customer in your shop using hacks. Cafe owners or aware customer that is playing fair should take some action with their costumers or co-players that use hacks or some illegal things they do. :rightful:

 

So..Alente, care to shed some light on this bud?
