Untouchable's Spiritmaster Guide

just becuz its an "easy" way doesnt make it a "noob" way...the devs game SMs that skill for a reason, to actually be able to fight back vs classes that have instant abilities or fast attacks that would otherwise wreck us or stop us from being able to do shit...

with the way ur putting it, u might as well say a ranger's stunning shot chain is a "noob" way too, cuz its pretty much the "easy" way to own anybody and keep them from retaliating...

just cuz ppl dont play their SM the "pro" way like u and use their skills that NCsoft gave us (omg wats this, an instant fear? i think ill use that!!!) doesnt mean u should call it the "noob" way cuz its not...guarentee u dont use ur insta fear on me in a duel, you will lose, cuz even if u get ur silence/fear off on me, my pet will kill u by the time u can get my 9k HP down buddy

 

nice guide! if you're using this combo skills for your SM, well we're pretty the same. except that i got 1 tip from you. the (shackle of vulnerability + enervation). i never use them against clerics at all.

 

Did u read why i said that curse of fire/water its a noob way to kill CASTERS? I already said that CoF/W its for melee.

And i never said that "dont use that its for noobs" im trying to say that not tell everybody that use curse cause if they dont have curse they will die... people has to have codes...

 

what is real name of "INSTANT FEAR" skill that all of you alway said in this topic??

My friend have a SM lv55 and he said SM didn't have any skill that "instant fear"!!

Curse of fire/water

 

Curse of fire for elyos and cuse of water for asmos. I dig you signature ehpsilon. Anyway I love this tread because of these I went back to sm. I was playing sorc just to keep up my caster high. Anyways again, I do not think noob way is the way to say it is the easier way though. Againts a good sorc. I am force to use instant fear because of silience ability. againts spirit master as well. You can only us cof or cow every 5 mins. Like any other skill it is needed for fights. I got some fights I do not have to use fear at all, since the player is not using his or her shut down ability. So it is according to the opponent. If your opponent is good, caster or not they will destroy you if you do not use everything in your arsenal.

 

Ok, thanks. But its cooldown is 5 min, not good when you against your enemy, they never wait your cd. So, what's the good experiences to fight asmo/elyos enemies?

Maybe u should learn when use it.

A ranger/sin try to gank me and cuse save my life.

Then 2 gladis and sorc try to do the same and again curse save my life...

 

I really cannot hold your hand when fighting an enemy. Why dont you duel people and find out what works for you. The guide and tips all we can do. We cannot teach you how to fight you have to learn that yourself.

 

Lol. only noob ranger would use SS on Magic class.

Stunning Chain>holy>Explosive>Lightnning>Silence>Unerring....close to be dead, if not Agonizong Arrow to finish

 

I just want to add to the defeating a chanter part. Yes its true u will not kill a chanter who knows wat the heck he is doing, BUT there is a way of winning that first hit. All u gotta do is use that hide skills SM's have and pwn the chanter. I am a chanter myself, and rarely see any SM's using the hide skill( i think it has a high CD rate but anyways, im talking about PVP in abyss/ground PVP, and you know he is after you, if taken by surprise u dead..) and when they get owned by a chanter easily they call hax , as always. :devil::devil:

 

OMG, are you SM? do you think Curse's cooldown = 0s? use it, use it, use it... blah blah. Everyone known that, but you MUST WAIT 5 MINUTES to use it again.

So, 1 ranger, 1 sin, 2 glad, 1 sorc... they were in queue to wait you finish cooldown to gank you?? LOL!!

LOL, we discuss about SKILLS and i don't need you guide me HOW-TO-PVP. I mean what skill is perfect against enemies while Curse in cooldown. Do u understand???

 

yes curse has a 5min cd so? u think just cause is cd its 5 min isnt very helpul and ur wrong it very helpul if u know when to use it

I talk in different situation. i didnt mean that first a sin and a ranger try to gank me and the next second was a 2 glad and a sorc... try to make some ground pvp and u will see.

and i dont depend of curse, u have other skill..



and read my signature and tell me if im a Sm.

 

Without Curse, hard to beat Ranger, they have many skill 0s with so many effects.

But, i can win Ranger without Curse by using stealth (not stealth group but you) and easy to kill Ranger by starting with Fear + spirit + DOT.

However, if those skills (curses and stealth) in cd, SM fail in Ranger hand.

Otherwise, on Abyss, asmo hunt battles... SM is totally useless against enemies... Want to see? just fly to abyss and looking for SM among battles.

 

the guide is for elyos only coz magma spirit was not mentioned. also i beg to disagree about this

Way 1 to Defeat a Cleric - The most easy way to defeat a cleric is to use "again" [xD] [Fear Shriek I] or [Fear I] and then use the same ways as defeating a Gladiator.

Way 2 to Defeat a Cleric - Silence him, give all ur dots, when silence go, stune him with [Chain of Earth IV] and use [Shackle of Vulnerability] + [Root of Enervation] to slow is skills when he try to heal himselft, he will die before can heal himself...@Tactic from Ephsilon (I won't take credits for this tactic)

we clerics are not easy.

I just scanned the guide since i knew the comboes already, and all i read was CURSE CURSE CURSE. well and some explanation about other class but for others its helpful for most i think not, coz its hard to make a class guide and define how to defeat the other classes, you assume too much of what your enemy will do, im sure many other players have their own unique surprises.

did u try using contract of resistance + pet shield (i dont remember his name now)?

 

as favorably bugged as SMs r theres no guides needed just throw in a fear n let the pet do the work. simple.

you didnt put the fear spam strategy in which you spam ALL of your fear scrolls and just pray that ur pet and DOTS can finish the other person off while theyre cussing and screaming at the screen
