Other people on my account.

I need help from an admin here.

My account has been hacked, and my money keeps getting stolen.

I'd like you to check the IP's that have been using my accounts to confirm what I'm saying sinds I only play @ my house.

It happend twice now and there's about 1bil missing.


Nobody should now my account info, and Ive never given my password or accountname.

Hope to hear from you soon otherwise there's no point in staying, because my money would keep disapearing.

 

Check you Chat logs to see if anyone has been on your character while your offline.

 

Might be a good idea, but I dont think it only stores my local info on there.

Or the server should store the logs, but then I dont think I'd be able to check them.. right ?

 

Chat logs are local... not Server side. Only what you say on your client, will be recorded.

 

These chat logs can be found in your Aion/NCsoft folder in 'My Computer'.

These logs are very useful, i logged in once and i was in a differnt location, i immediatly worried and read my chat logs but the last logs were from when i was online, so i just presumed it was a bug....which was later confirmed by other legion members ^^

So if your worrying about it, just have a good read.

If problems still exist, then maybe Karissa or one of the GMs could help you, i am pretty new to this game so i am unsure on who has power etc

From where was the money gone.
There is a Account warehouse bug so if you store it there it can be lost.
And to make sure no one is using account change your password.
Just login on mainpage with wrong pass. then do lost pasword.

 

i have lost kinah many times... 2b 1b.... it is kina bugged but i have screenshots my character before and after my play time and log out time


even in character inventory its bugged...

 

Well considering i am only trying to help him, responding to my post like that is pretty unprofessional.

just my 2 cent.

If he is in a legion or something then legion member's chat will appear in his chat log therefore confirming that his char was online when he wasnt.

I checked them out, but they weren't usefull with this problem.

I'll just wait for the GM's to help me out with this one.
