Ban Appeals 2

I'm making this thread to appeal the ban on
Character name: Alot
Account name: Chad

i have an account which has been banned on the server Siel- player Alot. The message i receive when trying to log in is: you cannot access the game through this ip (22)". I asked 3 GM about this and the answers were:
- i was banned for flying in a restricted area;
- i was banned for DUPING;
-2 users on the same IP ( i have 2 computers and i am playing with my wife)

There is no GM to tell me where i can see that i am banned? I need to see the proof of this hacking i've been told about.
I want to know who banned me in order to clarify this problem.

Edit by Sanctus: The evidence against your account is substantial. You were accused of item duping, and upon investigation of your character's inventory, the duping has been confirmed. Same items split by random multiple stacks is a by product of obvious duping (the system will not let the stacks combine for some reason) as well as your abnormal amount of certain items, especially enchant stones and certain god stones.

I wanted to use all these items for the Legion Warehouse but i couldn't use the warehouse and i gave these stones to the players who needed them in the rift and raid
My account is closed? I cannot use it anymore?
Please give me an answer. it is canceled or not?
