    well i heard that u can enter steel rake or that theres an entrance for steel rake in pandaemonium, but its seems its not working. Is there any other way to get in or is it just not active atm?

    Steelrake zone was added for a little while, but it wasn't working properly, and so it was removed.

    Still it is slow instance 40-50 and on this server is useless to work. You're leveling up pritty fast and geared with Anuhart in DP :) So it s not a big loss.

    Even if it was working, Special Delivery hero there is spawning realy rare :D Not sure about the quest though, but if the DP quest for hat was working it would be better :)
