    Only way to get one is to be given one by a GM/Senior GM.

    Which is pretty much against the rules.

    Event rewards are the exception, I guess.

    Of course we all know Admins can do wtf they want so I guess my argument is invalid.

    Like that time you and albull raided Alsig(which is in morheim) with 2 level 55 clerics and you were only getting 1dmg per hit? Remember that? I do ;)
