Two ranger hackers at Hoarfrost

Names: Chehov and Presli
Reason: Range hack/glitch abuse

Today I was having fun at hoarfrost as usual, and right after the server half-crashed, two elyos rangers came out of nowhere and started to kill people down at DP stone pilar (They were right above us at a distance of 60-70 meters up.

Hopefully enough evidence is shown here to get them punished.

Just to clarify: THIS IS NOT A HACK. There is a bug where a player can use 25m range skills on the z-axis as long as they have the person targeted
