You can't and I'm pretty sure no one has one.

its someone joking around with a fake link, he doesn't actually have the sword

 

I can make fake links from aiondatabase, but that item it doesnt exist in aiondatabase and u cant linka fake weapon that is+10 with godstone and socketed :S

you can link it from YG i think, and you can script it on notepad to have manastones and +10 and combined according to alente.

 

cake and u think, someone could waste like months on learning aion scripts and just to make this one?

These items are not in distribution. It's a fake link.

 

Somebody altered the sword in their memo pad and linked it through that, so its fake.
