    I dont know much on the templars ability, but yes the defense is suspicious also... so i need a constructive opinion about this...

    depending if the character has certain skills active (steel wall defense, etc) its very realistic to only be dealing 1 ~ 10 on a fully geared templar.

    in my opinion, although its suspicious, the evidence provided is not sufficient enough to warrant action to be taken.
