Questions about flying rules

Now I've read the rules about flying on this server, stating that you're not allowed to fly in Heiron or Belu. And i follow this to a key, but there's something i just need to have a little clarification on.

I've seen people flying in Heiron, but from what I've heard/been told:

"as long as they're not engaging in PVP and are flying high up in the sky it's allright"

Is this true? Or am I just being mislead into believing that so someone can get a kick out of watching me get jailed or something.

Kind of true.
There are some fields to farm aether but there for you need to fly from maincity first.
If you go straight to the field it is allowed

 

If you go to ''Storm circle' a.k.a gathering area you can fly there and i think that killing there is ilegal.

 

How about flying to the DP stone in Heiron? Is that allowed as long as we fly high and avoid PVP?

 

No.. you can only fly near heiron city and Storm circle, if you are caught flying on other locations other than this ones you will be jailed.

 

which areas are you not allowed to freefly?

 

Everywhere in heiron but the aether gathering zones (heiron gate and storm circle)

 

u can fly aroudn heiron and heironopolis and u can fly in belusan fortress and up to the bridges outside it if you do go to the aether areas just fly REALLY REALLY REALLY high, like high enough to see almost the entire map and there should be no problems

 

only the main city in heiron and beluslan and the aether gather areas in those maps you are allowed to fly... i think

 

Simple idea to avoid ever being jailed:

In your system.ovr delete the free-fly line. You'll only be able to fly in the retail area. The barrier will be active, stopping you from flying in no-fly zones.

Although, using it means you can't fly in Sanctum and not in some places in Eltnen either. It's a good way to be sure a GM can't tell you anything
