my ABG ring is gone!!

    Ok now im starting to be pissed. My BG rank in legion disappeard and no1 ****ING fixed it. I just bought ABG Corrondum accessory set from site and my ring is missing.
    I logged on and all 5 was there, then i tried to equip ring and DC happened. I log on again and the ring is missing but the rest are still there. If some1 asks for a SS ima say 2 words. **** YOU! How the HELL can i get a SS when the DC happened 2sec after EQUIP?!! WILL U BE REAL?!
    SORT THIS SHIT OUT CUZ IM GOING REAL MAD
