Lost 17b Kinah!

Dear Support Team,

yesterday I traded an EAT Dagger +15 for 14b Kinah to a friend and today I logged on my account and saw, that the 14b Kinah are gone. Also before I did the trade, I´ve transfered 3b Kinah from my Gladiator to my Ranger, this money is also gone. So I lost around 17b Kinah. Would like to know what happened to me?! Will I get my Kinah back? I hope on fast support.

You need proof,
and if you put it in the warhouse, it's your own fault,
because Alente, and everyone else has said multiple time's in game and on forums, that you shouldnt put kinah in storage cause it can/will/might disapear.

 

It was just a normal trade. I opened a shop with items for 14b Kinah and after my friend bought the items I traded my Dagger to him. So what is wrong about that?

 

Thats true, he got the 14b from me. dagger is since yesterday still there.. after some relogs still there, ive got no problems.

so he login and out like me and still everything there and normal, what happends this night?
(if i understand right, my bud login today and kinah is gone... but yesterday everything fine)

It's is safe to trade kinah via mails.

What I do though, and have never gotten issues was putting kinah in warehouse -> Log Out -> Log on diff. char -> collect the kinah. If I Quit the kinah does poof.

 

So.. the trade whas real and he dont tell a lie...
ive made a screenshot to save myself for duped items.. coz no GM whas online at this time

on this screenshot u can see i payed nearly 14B kinah to him, and recieve the dagger..

but i dont understand how the kinah can dissappear just now, yesterday everything whas fine for you bro, you log in and out, switch characters and now.. what happend to you at night? pc-crash? or some?

I´m getting no answer of any GM here?

Whats that? I donated for more than 200$ on that server and I dont get helpful support of any of this sucky GMs?

Very very sad! Will never donate on this server again. Because of us "donaters" this server is able to exist and so everyone should get a support here! Unbelievable!

 

There's a couple possibilities. Either you put the kinah in the warehouse, which randomly deletes kinah (does not affect all accounts for some reason) or you had more than 30b kinah, where the system will tend to reset you to 20b.

In either case, you have a hard time proving without a doubt that you lost it, meaning we can't refund it.

 

But the friend where I traded to, posted a screenshot where it shows, that he bought the items from me. So what shall I prove more than a screenshot?

 

The problem is you can't prove that you didn't stash the kinah away somewhere. We are rather wary of players trying to spoof us in an attempt to get free items or kinah. Not saying you are, but it's become that big of a problem.

 

So you are GM, you can look up the log files. Isn´t it shown in the log files?
