    I think if it fixed or at least in part because now the abyss points located throughout the alliance unlike before they did that only on party members he killed.     Alliance bugged when it forms in town..and i lasts only for r20 mins i think...
    Hope this bugged will be addressed by GM's as soon as possible... ^^
