    Well when you vote for all 5 times you have to wait 12 hours before you can vote again

    Example: If you vote at 5 O' clock AM the next time you would be able to vote would be 5 O'clock PM

    Voting for different accounts on the same computer or same IP will also give you the, "IP already voted" I hope this helps.
