Your Opinion?

I was thinking and wouldnt Migraent/Fenris set be better for Sins/Rangers because they get extra attack boost then EAT. Either way, Sins and Rangers die easily if they are grasped upon. So wouldnt these sets be better than EAT? Post your opinion here please!

 

EATs pvp def and set bonuses and PVP atk bonuses make up for it by a large part

 

Does EAT set give pvp attack bonuses? Ive read it and it says 12 attack for a full set. No pvp attack bonuses.

 

the jewelry and the weapons give the bonus for attack, armor for defense.

 

plus eat has more manastones

 

Im just talking about the EAT set vs Fenris/Miragent set right now. Im debating because is pvp defense that great for Sins/Rangers since they get destroyed if hit anyways. Thats my theory.

 

EAT is better. no doubt about it

 

EAT>more manastones, PVP defense, and if im not mistaken PVP damage

 

If you pvp alot i would go with the eat set for the pvp defense, more manstone side of it, but if youre looking for a all around good set to use and you dont pvp 24/7 miragents//fenris isnt a bad choice either.

@chicotte : EAT Set doesn't give any kind of PvP atk bonus.. unless ur talkig about EAT Weaps..

 

IMO EAT is better "more manastones, PVP defense, and if im not mistaken PVP damage"..

btw the pvp bonuses add for duels too or that is what i was told Dx

 

I use Miragents over EGT/EAT and ABG since the HP and MP boost are more important to me while PvPing than PvP reduction... which doesn't really help Scout and Mage classes on this server (except for dueling of course! But then I don't really make my character just for duels -.-).

Scout classes have really good defensive skills and I really rely on those to survive all the time. When I was trying on an ABG set, I found that I kept running out of MP so I had to always use MP pots. With Miragents, instead of using MP pots, I can use HP pots which really makes up for the PvP reduction anyway.

 

yes assassin/ranger are squishy. i play a sins myself, +PVP def definitely has it effect, i can taste the diff. without +PVPdef, u'r a paper for crafting, with +PVPdef u'r a paper for industrial purpose, u'r still a paper but hey , u'r tougher now

and yeah as other says , more manastone slot = win

 

Seriously, someone should make a guide for this already. im seeing a lot of people making their own threads asking what best gear is for their class. a good chap who would make a gamez gear guide for all classes will be much appreciated by the community, this guide should include:
FAQ gears like miragent/fenris, tahabata, anuhart, eat, egt, abg, accessories too.

but me im too lazy to make one.

or is there an existing guide like that but not stickied?

Plain and simple, in 1.5 miragent was one of the best end game set's, but now since NCsoft made the pvp attack and pvp def, miragent is a full 100% PVE set, if you have the credits, money or kinah, get EAT or ABG, since it has pvp def, i have miragent, and it was amazing in 1.5, but now with 1.9 pvp def, it sucks :<
