Oh noez!

I was playing. nothing new. Nothing different from the rest of you.

Cept I am ( as most know) ex GM.
That gives me privliges like, oh. i dont know, Knowing Other Gms and most of the time, giving me abilites to talk to them outside of the game, a few of whom. I am Close with.

Now. there are a few GM's we all know and love.
Namely Cloudstrife(Baddevil) And Aeon.

I just found out Karrissa ( who ever she is) Just Banned them.

Why?

they were the biggest anti hackers ever! never did the server have hackers when they were around. the events were plentiful! the rewards were great! they even sold armors! hell I remember when i was boosted to lvl 50 because of them. ( It was a promotion event. way back in the day.)

Her reason? and I Quote " You do not do much and do -Not- Deserve to be apart of the team."

WAIT WHAT?!
you mean they didn't break the rules?

you mean they didn't hack!?

You mean to tell me they were not even advertising other servers?

I thought those were the only bannable offences....

I would hate to be apart of this development team, or GM team. with -Her- Apart of it.


and to think i was thinking of re-joining the G.Ms.....

I don't know who you are "Queen Bee." But those two have done more then you ever will. I remember when it was just Carl, Cloud, And Aion ( and maybe 1 or 2 others). This server ran better under them then it does under you.

Little known fact that Carl Cloud and Aeon were all Friends.


Did Carl Support this ban? or are you acting on your own?


I think some one is acting out of place. A secretary is just that. She pases notes and organizes meetings and relays messages.

this server would NOT be where it is today with out them. The ONLY reason we are so popular is because they would reason and give us incentive to vote. ( who remembers the erra where we donated and didn't care about voting.)
they were about the people. Not the server numbers.

I remember the days before the .itm patches. when it was a PVP server that was both Tough and fair.

A server that made you think about how you grinded and kicked you in the face when you thought reaching lvl 50 was the final step. back when lvl 50 was the beginning.

I to this day am the only non gm gladiater with sygins wings. I'm also prolly the only gladiator left in the game wearing ELDER PLATE.

Thoes were the fun days!

Now what do we have? A bunch of soft skinned sissies hiding behind uber gear.

This server has gone to hell.


I bet you didn't know about how Carl and the REST OF US -knew- that cloud and aeon were gunna be scarce for a bit. they were under pressure of their studies.

Please don't rage about things that you hear a one-sided story about.

There are reasons as to why this happened which the rest of the staff will agree with, I am not entitled to discuss that however and I'll leave it to Karissa or Alente if they feel like discussing why.

how are you going to justify removing two KEY people in the GM and CO ADMIN/ OWNER of the server?

They've been inactive for AGES anyways, honestly having them removed isn't going to change much around here.

I think they've both done great things in the past, don't get me wrong, I love them both, but with their inactivity they weren't really contributing the past 7~ weeks at least.

Don't you know that the reasoning still hasn't been discussed, and that you obviously heard from them the story that they wanted to tell you? Theres more to it than what you heard, stop assuming and wait for a higher-up to respond.

First off you seem to be somewhat misinformed Ex-GM Vee, Aeon's account has not been banned.

I am not willing to reveal the full details yet as they are still developing however the tale you are telling is an extremely onesided one. I will give you cliffnotes however.

Baddevil took some action within the staff forums that was, admittedly, overstepping his position as an AM (his latest rank) stating more or less that all executive decisions would go through him. This statement was outright rejected by the staff and his thread was removed by Karissa.

A few rather colorful MSN interactions later and baddevil's account was temporarily removed from the staff forum as a preventive measure due to his threats and inappropriate demeanor. He proceeded to order me to close Kari's account, I refused as a) I don't take orders from him and b) it was inappropriate so he logged in as Aeon to demote Karissa to regular member without authorization from Carl.

After I reversed that action baddevil was kind enough to threaten me and my position on Gamez stating, and I quote, "Since you want to help her you will both be in the same boat This is always a message for players who will get ban soon you won't know when but I'll let you guys have some fun first"

I do not take kindly to threats for fulfilling my job personally, I answer to Karissa and Carl - not Aeon and most certainly not baddevil, Karissa temporarily banned baddevil at that point.

Sorry to interrupt the hysteria Vee but I will not stand for inactive members of the community making threats against my person for doing my job, regardless of whatever position he may have held in the past, neither will Karissa apparently.
