please help

    hi.. im currently new to aion. and just finished installing the client and the launcher..

    now, my problem is, after i open the launcher, (launcher opens up), and after i clicked the start game button, it will automatically close after loading a ncsoft display..

    i cant play :(

    im done with the directx. and can play the game now.. but there's a problem again...

    i cant see my char... x.x
