Why is free flying no longer allowed?

    Hello, I played this server some time ago, still in the 1.5 version, and back then free flying was allowed, and now I came back here to check on the server, and I see that free flying is now bannable?
    Why is that?
    What made you come to this choice?

    Sorry if this has been answered before, but I would like a very explicit reason.

    Because a lot of people just want to try ground PvP and Carl implemented that

    Well, there was a poll/thread and many people asked to make the maps no~fly. Carl thought about it and made only 2 maps no~fly : Heiron and Belusan in order to make all happy and to offer the opportunity to experince the ground PvP. He wanted to make 2nd server Lumiel no~fly like retail and leave Siel free~fly but then it would lead Lumiel to be a ghost server since noone would join it.

    So, here we are with 2 server and 2 no~fly maps in each one :D

    ps: Ima typing in rush since Ima watching movie at the same time xD

    You mean we're allowed to free-fly in Eltnen/Morheim for example?

    Yes, you can free fly everywhere else like before with only exception Heiron/Belusan where you are allowed to fly around the main Town like retail =)

    Oh, that's more like it, It did sound a bit weird for them to make a change like that.
    Another question, if you know how to answer.
    Is Gamez Aion currently aiming towards 2.0 update?
    If yes, is there an ETA?

    Nope, we got no clue about the date of the update to 2.0... GMs say that it will have but not soon =)

    Besides we still got many bugs, fortress not working, some skills not working properly or just bugged...Well let's say that Gamez got many issues to solve and then it can move to 2.0 =/

    We are missing some good updates which would solve many problems and would make game better. Dev is trying to make something good but he is alone so we don't have many hopes...

    If only Gamez had the developers from the game I was admin.
    They were the best coders I've ever seen.
