general client issues [please help]

i have many issues at this moment with my client and i dont really know wth is happening.

i can't turn on or off glow effects
i cant trade misc items, although i have the latest items.pak release*
i cant fly in theobomos except if i pop wings after teleporting.
i tried reistalling the client and nothing changed

my client is at 1.9 and not 2.0, im aware of the issues abotu 2.0



*edit:
i realized i cannot trade soulbound items.
noone can trade the ones that already were bound to them.
but i canot trade even if i dodnt bind.
example: i get a Kratia's sword from broker and i cannot resell it.




i need some advise asap

I need change my glow effects.

My aion version in 1.9.0.3

 

You can change glow effects in game by going to
System Menu/Options/Graphics Options and either checking or unchecking Glow effects.

This doesn't change dp glow however. There are several items.pak going around. Which one do you have?

 

in graphics options I can not change, and I have the same file items.pak.

This may be the problem, not items.pak

 

im using the one on my sign annaounced by alente....


about the free fly problem i dont rly know how it happened cos my pc is dead atm.
im running the 1.9 on my netbook and i used the system.ovr fix and i can fly normally now.



the only problem remains, is the glow effect.
its pretty annoying.......
