Ranking of Gamez Suggestion

Edit: maybe making rank as sort type? so u can sort by kills and by AP

Hi, i know that many ppl asked for kills ranking, but dont you guys think that some classes such as cleric, and templar would get less kills always? and its gonna be always a dps rank only? i think ap rank would be much more fair for every class out there, since most pvp happens in alliances and big teams, then its gonna be hard for someone who is healing to get kills, also its so easy to get kills, i could just open 2 clients and keep killing myself with a kisk by my side, also i see ppl doing this sometimes, cause even if they get no ap, they can kill alot, so im gonna start doing that, not cause i wanna be in kills ranking, but just to show kills ranking is a mess, and everyone who can open 2 clients or got 2 compts can do alot of kills

thats how the ranking system use to be. although players chose to have the ranking as kills because players like to spend and sell their abyss points. another reason why it was changed to kills rather than abyss points is because the abyss point rank goes towards contribution to the legion. which is also on the leader boards.

 

I think the ranking should be sort-able with AP and kills. That would make the most sense. But kills is the best way atm since it takes a long time to get up on the leaderboards and there were too many AP hackers... or random characters with millions of AP.

anyway, most ppl saying prefer kills are archers, assassins, mages, actually, when i play as glad, sin or archer i like the kill ranks, when i play on a alliance as cleric or tanker, i dont like much the kills rank, cause dps always get the kills, btw its not always like that, pattern ranking is done by ap's in every server, maybe they should do a "sort by" thing on ranking, so u can sort by aps, and by kills.

honestly in every game you play, ranking is made by points not kills, cause kills u can just suicide kill ppl, u can just trade kills, points sometimes u got manage so u wont lose etc, actually im doing suicide kills all the time, even inside beluslan, or new heiron, im not asking to make it kills only, but maybe make it kills or ap sort, so u can like see what interests

 

Well clerics are not supposed to be killing people so why do you want to appear in the rank list?
Im a cleric as well and i have 514 kills and ive been here for quite some time.. Propably i will never aper there because 1stly im not a DD class, 2ndly there idiots like ur selfe who fake their kills 3rd Carl/developing team has better things to do...

so get a archer / sorc and go hunt ur enemies!

 

Oh and having it sort-able by class would solve the clerics being left out of the rankings problem

 

well because points ranking, if you didnt notice, shows who can really manage ap's, if a cleric is a good healer, he might appear in rankings more than bad dps, that just kill ppl cause they hide behind tankers and even dieing all the time, cause they dont know how to kite, they will get alot of kills and still remain in a good rank =)
