TO ALL Admin please help me...and explain me why my items are gone

can u guyz investigate this.... i just bought that for 14b and i logged out and dc'ed again.. IT was still there... then after 5-7hours i slept and did'nt notice that i was dc'ed again... then i logged in and my abg bow and abg leather leggings were gone...

please SIR alente... please help me restore my equips pm me here or ign: eraserraine

Sometimes when the server is going through some crashing stages and you trade with others, it can have rollback effects and you can lose your items. You may be the victim of one of these rollbacks and the only way to see if you legitimately had the items is for an admin to check the server logs. Try contacting Alente or Karissa for further help. Hopefully you get your items back.

 

Don't mean to flame or anything but;

i'd be pissed for losing items lol

 

they should get a log about that, how would u know u gonna lose ur items due to a server rollback?

 

And if we logged every thing someone bought, do you realized how long and huge that file would be... lol

 

its because when i trade the bow and the armor i logged out but the weapon and armor was still there
then after 1 hour i logged out again just to be sure still they are still there but after like 5-6 hours i got dc'ed but when i relog it was still there but when i slept for about 5 hours... i woke up seeing i got dc'ed i relogged once more.. then that time my bow and leggings were gone....now tell me what is the reason y my items were gone?? duped??? dont think so... i relogged so many times but the weapons and armor were still there... that's my explanation.....

yeah.... like 2 weeks ago... unfortunately no one's able to response to it... i would like to move on about this.. but.... its 4k credits u know.... even though i bought it for kinah .... but i worked really hard just to get that kinah

 

they need more evidence than that dude as we can see in the picture your character is not wearing a bow y did you remove it.? ive already lose an abg bow on me and i have more better screenies than you have but they cant do anything..

i got nervous when i got the Bow XD first time having a abg bow now its gone XD
so what do are ur advice to me about this matter???
