is it possible to wake up from sleep/sleep arrow/etc. immediately? i just used sleep arrow on someone in the abyss and they woke up from it before i had even used a pot - was this just bad luck, or was he doing something shady?

If he takes any form of damage he wakes up.

(Agonizing wakes him if if you use agonizing before you sleep)

Could be a bug, either that or you made the common mistake a lot of rangers make of having agonizing arrow's DoT on him.

Autoattack is also a possible culprit.

    EDIT: Curse you peaches.

Maybe he got cleric on hes side to dispel the sleep status, or someone attack the person you sleep.

thanks for the responses everyone, i'm still trying to figure out what's in the realm of possible for this game. looking back yeah, could've been agonizing arrow, or a cleric. wasn't auto-attack, my combat log didn't note that. also, would the poison damage from agonizing arrow be noted in the damage logs as a separate line, or is does it just show up on the target's log?

I'm fairly sure poison damage from Agonizing doesn't show up in your log.
