Voting problem(important!)

So I created a new character in Siel with another account so that I can observe what happens to the credits.

Just yesterday I voted and got 50 credits but I haven't checked if I got the kinah. But now I tried to vote and it keeps saying "Your Account has already voted". While I voted 24 hours ago. So I logged in my account and saw that the 50 credits I got yesterday is gone and it is now 0.

I already made thread about this before and saw some threads by other TS too but I don't remember any response from any admins.

The IGN I made is Narusegawa. Thinking that it came from somehow popular japanese anime. I'm sure that there is a character in Siel named like that and probably not MINE. So where did my CREDITS go?

3 admin read this thread no reply. If there is such questions asked and already been answered. Why wouldn't they respond and somehow link me there and close this thread.

Today I checked my credits it is still 0. I will try to vote IGN Narusegawa now and see if it still is 0.

Update:Voted and now has 50 credits. If the guy named Narusegawa in Siel votes again, that might trigger my 50 credits to disappear again I think.

Maybe the reason why GMs are not responding coz they don't have an accurate answer or they have no information about that yet from the higher officers or higher personalities than them.

You mean unless your name is unique to siel then Lumiel players won't be able to vote to get free credits. I think that's unfair. Coz I tend to vote every 12 hours, it's addictive and I want ABG :sad: but how could I get it if my credits reset to 0 all the time.

 

well dunno with the vanishing credits.. but try to contact some senior GMs like Bryne or Autumn.. or maybe alente.. they can help you for sure. ^^

I don't know I think I already made a reputation to them, that is why they ignore me. I already have one troll count ^_^ hahahaha.

But seriously I think this question should be answered, it won't hurt to tell if you don't know what to do yet. Don't let us vote and vote and not get any reward in lumiel, or tell us just vote on your siel for credits in the meantime so that you would earn credits and not lose it. :sad:
