How to combine manastones?

    So I have a bunch of +3 stones and want to combine them to +5 stones, I know it has to do with the Alchemy crafting lvl pass 3xx I have that, now what?

    390 alchemy skill, you craft +3 out of +2 and if you're lucky one you can get +5 manastone (about 10% chance).

    No you take +2 to craft: +3(non proc) and +5(proc)
