More Donation.. Better Server

Hello guys!

I want to give a sugestion to increase the amount of donation, and belive me it's very simple.

As a player in Gamez i reallized that there are many people from many diferent countries, and their national coin it's not dollar!

Every1 knows that dollar is a strong coin and to some other countries it can be more than 10X the valor of their money (1dollar=10xxxx)

I live in Brazil and comercial dollar can get to 2.5 times my money (Real). Soo i need to spend 2.5times more to get the same amount of donation u guys do, and i have to use an internatonal card, and taxs and stuff.

I know that there are servers (l2 serves) that split the donation from the many diferent countries and their coin.

Explaining: Brazil money is REAL, instead of paying donation in dollar they allow you to pay in REAL, in the same amount u guys play on dollar. like 10 dollars for u and 10 Reais for Brazilian players.

I know u guys will say... "WELL IF DOLLAR IS STRONG THEN U ARE PAYING LESS THEN ME!!"

Yes that is true. When converted to DOLLAR, 10 Reais will be around 7.8 dollars or less.

BUT, the amount of donation will increase a loT! i cant pay 50 dollars on donation to get ABG set but if i could pay 50 Reais i would do it at the moment.

So i ask ADmim to consider this!

If u make donation for Country Regions u will get a LOT of donation, belive me.

And u dont need to be scared to be scamed. Americans will not be able to pay in REAL or other weaker coin cuz they will need an NATIONAL card. Its just set the doantion for national cards, and not international!

I dont know how to make this but i bet u guys can do it!

this is actually a very good suggestion considering the fact that $1 = P40 on our end. but i think it would be really complicated to do this coz' they need to have donation site for all of the countries that actually has gamezaion players.. :unsure:

 

i agree with this thread , more Filipino players will donate if it will implement this

wouldnt that mean that your paying less for the service? cuz your money is worth less i would be paying more technicaly so in the end its bad for all other players but good for people in countries that money is worth nothing

 

yeah, lets add our own options market into the donation system...not. exchange rates fluctuate, paypal tries to use the market price, but often, its a rounded off number.

 

200 PhP and all Filipinos will have a complete abg set =_="

ATM the equation is 200 PhP = 6.83 USD

I understand your point Crusher but believe me, this will create more economic inequality both IRL and in game than there already is (because of the duped items etc..)

It will not help the server because if you do the math. One guy in the states donating 200 USD vs. 1 guy in the Philippines donating 6.83 USD but they both get the same things = fail.
