    i think yes my normal speed without scroll/buffs is 7.3 and i have no speed title..idk what gear are u wearing neither..

    idk..maybe the speed title is bugged and it gives u -5% instead of 5%..i told u i have the same set like u and no speed title and my basic speed without scroll/buff is 7.3..

    yep, i tried relogging alot.. :( still no change.. i talked with kevster yesterday, he said prolly its my client, i have to repair it.. but never worked..
