Well server still down and i want to make a new templar >.<

And i want to know whats better? sword/shield or mace/shield and why?

Which manastones use in anuhart set?

And where and who drops extendeable weapons? =)

Lannok drops extendable on asmo, and unstable triroan drops on elyos, i was pve templar on retail and had socket almost all my gear in crit for leveling solo most of the time, using shield and board. Try out different combos when you can get ingame

 

I'd use crit stones first of all.
I'm only sure about this. Since i'm not pro at this class i'm just going to say that there is an interesting templar guide on the forum. Good reading material until the server is down. :V

that 1? i would socket crit strike to 540-640 and then the rest on attack. unless u want block

 

As far as one handed weapons go, Maces have both a higher base attack rating, AND magic boost (for your Magic Smash skill).

Swords have an extra +40 crit on them, and a teeny bit faster attack speed.

Personally, I'd recommend a mace/shield combo, and socket crit until 450 (base rate, unbuffed), and the rest with atk+5, accuracy (so you dont get parried all the time), or HP. Just my two cents.

Here u go the answer to your problem:

Stack crit on your set + attack cause parry or block have a weird formula in this server!

Use shield and mace cause u got magical attacks and mace will make more damage than sword (in those magical ones).

Use greatsword specialy entendable since ppl tend to run out from templars. Unless u get a mastarius and u enjoy the damage of it.

For extendables u got:

Elder mace
Trioran Drops
Lannok Drops
Alukina Drops
Chaos Drops
and a few more but not implemented in this server.

 

So mastarius GS is better than ABG GS (fixed) ?

Masta is only good until they keep the ABG bugged.

Ofc, damage reduction is always a pleasure. All +15 are needed ^^.

 

Don't socket HP for PvP. And assassins with full evasion are so rare on this server socketing Accuracy is also a waste of time.
