    Hello, The last saturday i was playing in gamez but the server was crash, so i stop to play and today i have a little surprise, when i logging and select the server the game request create another race like i new in this server, someone can check what happen??, why i can see my chars?? i cant select the Siel server told me user disconected*.

    pls help me ASAP.

    If you select Lumiel and immediately switch to siel, it will disconnect you. So close out the game then select the different server after hitting cancel. But your account should be active still as we don't delete accounts.
